Leadership In Action

Some people may define a leader as one who is in charge of a group or activity. However, a true leader is a servant first. Rotary Leadership Camp offers an opportunity to discuss the possibilities and responsibilities of being a servant leader, and highlights what Rotary is doing in different communities! Throughout the camp students will learn about themselves and others, and about motivation and teamwork. The students will discover that he or she cannot be a leader without being a servant first. RYLA 2025

RYLA for 2026 is coming!!! The full session will be held on May 26 to May 29. 2026 at Southwestern
College in Winfield. The theme for this year is “Growing through Leadership”. The camp is open to current
high school Freshmen, Sophomore, or Junior students that your club selects.
