Leadership In Action

Some people may define a leader as one who is in charge of a group or activity. However, a true leader is a servant first. Rotary Leadership Camp offers an opportunity to discuss the possibilities and responsibilities of being a servant leader, and highlights what Rotary is doing in different communities! Throughout the camp students will learn about themselves and others, and about motivation and teamwork. The students will discover that he or she cannot be a leader without being a servant first. Read below to find out more information on how you or a high school student you know can be a part of Rotary Leadership Camp!

RYLA 2025

RYLA for 2025 is coming soon! Last year we held the one-day session again which was a huge success. So
this year we will offer the one day session again plus the full camp at Southwestern College. The one day
session will be held at the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, KS on February 22, 2025. The full session will be
held on May 27 to May 30. 2025 at Southwestern College in Winfield. The camp is open to current high
school Freshmen, Sophomore, or Junior students that your club selects.

Registration and information for each session is available at https://www.sckans.edu/activities/leadership/rotary-camp/. You may send students to either camp based on your
preference and their schedule. Help your students become “Celestial Leaders” and “Level Up with
Leadership”.
